Upward Basketball and Cheerleading

Registration Opens September 1!

​We are excited to host our 24th season of Upward Basketball & Cheerleading! Upward Sports focuses on giving kids a safe place to build athletic skills, develop friendships, and create a faith foundation that will last a lifetime.

Upward Sports is open at our church for all kids, Pre-K (4 years old) - 6th grade.

Registration for Basketball and Cheerleading​

• Early Registration: September 1 - October 19 for $65/Player

• Financial Assistance Scholarships due to Kathy Webber by October 19

  • Email Kathy (see email below) for application.

    • No late scholarship applications will be accepted

• Late Registration: October 20 - October 31 for $85/Player​

  • No Late Registrations after October 31

• Optional Fees:

  • Basketball Shorts: $10/Player (Basketball Only)​

  • White Turtleneck: $10/Player (Cheer Only)

Evaluations

Evaluations are a pre-season event that serves multiple purposes to help your family be prepared for the upcoming season. We offer multiple dates and times for your convenience as these are a necessary part of our program.

• Meet our team and see our facility and we get to meet you and your family!

• Learn more about our program and what the season will look like.

• Verify all information submitted is correct and collect payment.

• Observe basketball players' skills (dribbling, shooting, and passing) to help us build teams that are as evenly balanced as possible.

• Cheerleaders get to try on a sample uniform to ensure that the uniform we order for them will fit them comfortably.

   

Evaluation Dates: A sign up genius link is below to sign up for times

• Saturday, October 24 from 9-11am

• Tuesday, October 27 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm

• Thursday, October 29 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm

• Saturday, October 31 from 3-4:30pm during Trunk or Treat @ FBC
