Joe Piontek is a pianist, organist, and composer who moved to Topeka in August of 2020. Before arriving in Kansas, he completed undergraduate (University of Central Missouri) and graduate (University of Colorado, Boulder) degrees in piano performance, and spent almost two decades playing for churches of several denominations.

At First Baptist Joe plays organ at weekly services, and accompanies the chancel choir and praise team.
